Rolling hit points for monsters is a bit of a chore. Roll the dice, add Constitution modifiers, etc. Sure, you can use default hit point values. Bestiaries are usually pretty good about including those. But what if you want some variation from the mean? Well, that's where this latest labour-saving gadget comes in.
